3-7/8" x 9-1/4" Payroll Double Window Envelope in Postage Meter style, meaning the flap is upside down (at the bottom when viewing the face). Made from 24# white wove and includes an inside security tint in black ink.

Top window: 7/8" x 3-1/2"; 3/8" from left and 2-1/2" from bottom (oriented with seal flap at bottom)
