The pre-printed address lines on the perforated coupon flap align with the window size and location of a standard #10 window envelope. The perforated coupon flap is 3-5/8".

Bangtail envelopes like these have a perforated coupon flap that can include information-gathering content when used for fund-raising mailing or bank-by-mail deposit applications. These #7-3/4 bangtail envelopes are 3-7/8" x 7-1/2", open on the side, have a 1-3/8" seal flap, and a 3-1/2" perforated coupon flap.
