Custom Sizes and Features
We make custom envelopes in every size one can imagine, using folding machines that have been highly modified to make change-overs from one size to the next quick and easy.
Our size range extends from sizes as small as 1” x 1” up to jumbos. Styles include booklets (side seams opening on the long dimension), and catalogs (center and bottom seams opening on the short dimension), sealed with remoistenable seal gum, latex, or peel and seal. We have nearly 1,000 envelope cutting dies in our die library, backed up by fully adjustable (and very accurate) cutting blades.
Take your choice of substrate (“paper”), including text and cover grades, gloss and metallic finishes, corrosion inhibiting, water resistant, RFID blocking, Kraft, as well as everyday 24 Substance White Wove.
Enhance the look with printing one color on one side or up to 100% full coverage printing on both sides. Need gold foil embossing, consecutive numbering, tabbing or banding? We can handle all of those options as well.
Turnaround time is very much a function of the complexity of the job, but can be as short as 5-7 days after proof sign off.
If it can be folded, the chances are we can make an envelope out of it — or we won’t sleep until we do.
