Small Envelopes

We can manufacture small envelopes, also referred to as minis or miniature envelopes, down to 1″ x 1″. Our most popular small envelope sizes are usually in stock (check availability), and include:

• 1-1/2″ x 2″ Open End
• 1-11/16″ x 2-3/4″ (#00 Coin) Open End
• 2″ x 3-1/2″ Open End
• 2-1/2″ x 4″ Open End

You may also inquire about a custom size if your need requires it.

Small miniature envelopes are excellent containers for a broad range of applications and are particularly useful for packaging jewelry, optics, small parts, keys, crafts and many more unique and challenging applications. They are manufactured from 24# White Wove high quality envelope grade paper and the seal flaps are ungummed (however, they can be gummed if need be as long as the size does not go below 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″).
